Sound Mind Helmet (well, hat)
This is a war cry for joy and peace. This is a rainbow-sparkling declaration against depression and anxiety.
And yes, the vibe is giving us Timothy meets Ephesians.
We want to declare that no matter how scattered the enemy may want us to feel, no matter what anxiety or depression we may have faced or may be facing, we have a God who says we get to have a sound mind. A peaceful mind. A mind that is rooted and steady.
But let’s take it another step. Let’s not only declare it, let’s wear this as a helmet. Because fighting for joy is a battle. Fighting against anxiety is a battle. Thankfully, it’s not a battle of force from our own strength.
God is here to fight our battles, so let His word be a sword, a billboard to protect your mind.

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
Ephesians 6:17
Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
